ABOUT LORETTA

I learned about trauma at an early age.

 

My violin saved my life. It helped clear what was stored in my heart and body that my mind couldn’t process.

 

I started my career as a Music Therapist. What better way to understand and transform my lived experience and support others in understanding and transforming their own?

 

I am a Mom to two beautiful adult humans. I taught music at their childhood school, teaching grades 1-8 for 13+ years. I learned that being a healthy adult supports healthy child development in powerful ways often not discussed.

 

I became a Life Coach.

 

I think everyone deserves a coach that will listen to them deeply with the compassion and curiosity that helps them trust themselves as they expand into that next version of themselves that they feel calling them.

 

My magic is helping people find and anchor the strength of their own wants, desires, and wisdom as a tool for navigating the inevitable uncertainty and challenges of life.

 

I know about emotional resilience because it was my path to surviving and eventually thriving.

 

I know about navigating trying relationships.

 

I know what it’s like to be afraid of change.

 

I’ve learned and used many tools for navigating stress because I wanted to know what really works.

 

As a coach I know that your wisdom is your guide.

 

I know your lived experience is what matters most.
