Teaching has never demanded more emotional resilience.
When your nervous system is overwhelmed, it's harder to think clearly, respond intentionally, connect with students, and enjoy teaching.
This practical, highly interactive course gives you simple, research-based tools you can use immediately for yourself and with your students.
